What to expect on you first visit to Shiloh Chiropractic Center

You will be greeted by our friendly staff, and asked to fill out a health history questionnaire.   To save yourself some time you can download the form from the bottom of this page.

The Doctor will need to know about any health complaints that concern you this visit.  The more we know about you and your family's health history, dietary habits, the medications that you’re currently taking, and other healthcare you have received by chiropractic, osteopathic, or other medical, doctors.  

The more Dr. Jones knows about your healthcare history, the better equipped she will be to diagnose your condition(s) and offer a course of treatment that would be best suited for you.  At times your occupation can also have health implications.  Be sure to share your occupational information with Dr. Jones during your visit.

During your first visit Dr. Jones will spend some time answering specific questions and concerns about your health and how Shiloh Chiropractic Center can help you meet your health goals.

A physical examination will be performed which may include x-rays, laboratory analysis and other diagnostic procedures.  After this she will start the correction process by giving you an adjustment, and checking for improper alignment and movement to your spine. She will give a complete analysis of what treatment you should need, areas that might require more treatment and the best way to accomplish your health goals.
